The furniture is in a modern-ethnic style, dedicated to the famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo; there are many photos and prints of the works inside. Located in a strategic and quiet zone, very close to the historic centre of Riva, to the beach and the Lake Garda.

Modern kitchen of 3.3 m with fridge and freezer compartment, integrated microwave oven and 13 covered dishwashers, the peninsula is suitable as a worktop that separates the kitchen from the sofa bed. Espresso machine, electric kettle and electric plugs + USB for charging PC, smartphone and automatic toaster and all the crockery are supplied. The overlying wall integrates a large 39 "led TV in full HD with satellite channels. The 4-seater table is easily extensible and can accommodate up to 6 people.
≋ Bathroom
modern and windowed, has a washing machine, a shower with a crystal box, a toilet, a bidet and a modern bathroom cabinet; sanitary and mobile are suspended, to offer maximum hygiene.
☾ Bedrooms
There are two, the master, double room with balcony in solid larch wood is furnished in Zen style, large wardrobe with sliding doors and removable baskets to facilitate the transfer of clothing and linen during check-in / out.
The second bedroom is smaller but essential and functional, has a wardrobe and two single beds, always in zen style in natural Swedish fir wood that can be easily joined together to transform into a comfortable double bed. The same can be stacked on top of one another, transforming into a practical single high-seated bed; very convenient in the presence of an elderly guest or people with difficulty walking around.

Each room is bright and windowed. The lighting consists of warm light LED spotlights, which illuminates the rooms in a uniform and pleasant atmosphere, with attention to visual comfort and energy saving. A modern air conditioner cools and maintains constant temperature and humidity. The east balcony is equipped with an electric awning, a two small tables and relaxation chairs. There are also two music distribution systems (Sonos - JBL) controllable via the App.
