Large and ideal for hosting families, groups of friends or business travelers. The apartment can accommodate two guests on the 3rd floor and up to 4 guests (with two bed configurations) in the attic. It has: 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with window, a large and sunny nine-meter balcony facing east-south, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains on the 3rd floor. An additional double bed (divisible) and 1 single bed in the attic.
The furniture is modern in style, dominated by white. Located in a strategic and quiet area, very close to the historic center of Riva, the beach, Lake Garda and the exhibition center - Riva del Garda Fiere e Congressi Baltera.

The attic floor is equipped with: modern automatic air conditioning, 55-inch Maxi Smart LED TV in 4K with internet and satellite channels, mini fridge for drinks, Lavazza espresso coffee machine, electric kettle and electrical sockets + USB for charging PC, smartphone, electric Velux windows and romantic balcony.
